The Brazilian artist and filmmaker is a director, screenwriter and transits several experiments between drawing, painting, video, cinema and experiences in the field of visual arts. Graduated in Social Communication and Master in Arts at Paulista State University (UNESP), interested in authorial cinema as a way of expressing her own experiences, questioning the system and its more conservative institutions. In 2009, she launched pLobo productions with an initial focus on the design segment, in parallel to his performance in the publishing market. Five years later, she signed the script and direction for his first short film, “20 anos, orquídea” (2014), shown in São Paulo and at IndieLisboa - International Independent Film Festival in Lisbon (Portugal). With this, the production company's objective for the audiovisual market was expanded. In 2015, he released the short film, “A good place to feel invisible”, with exhibitions at international and national festivals such as the 39th Short Film Festival in Grenoble, France, INTERFILM - 31st Berlin International Short Film Festival, in Germany, MuBE - Brazilian Sculpture Museum and Brazilian Cinematheque, both in São Paulo. Then, the filmmaker made another short film called “I wouldn't trade my mother for anything in this world” (2017). In October 2018, she filmed the short film “O Clown, the Desert”, which served as inspiration for the feature film of the same name, which had its first screening at the Marché du Film, Cannes Festival 2021 and official release in Brazil on the national circuit in September 2021 and available on digital platforms in 2022. Currently in the project phase, with his upcoming movie Martina. She directed the clip by Brazilian artist Lucas Santtana, “Streets Bloom” (2017), which won positive reviews in the international press when working on a narrative based on images of the city of São Paulo captured by drone. She published two books: “À Margem” and “Amar é Intolerável”, was part of a series of theatrical productions and also participated, in 2018 and 2019, in the jury committee and in the artistic direction of No Ar Drone Film Fest Brazil. Her career developed in the publishing market, passing through the main Brazilian publishers. Lived in London (ENG), 2007-2008 and in the City of Porto (PT), 2018.
